บริษัท ปตท.สำรวจและผลิตปิโตรเลียม จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ ปตท.สผ. ขอเรียนให้ทราบว่า ปตท.สผ. มีนโยบายให้กรรมการ ผู้บริหาร และพนักงานของบริษัทในกลุ่ม ปตท.สผ.
งดการรับของขวัญ การเลี้ยง หรือประโยชน์อื่นใดในช่วงเทศกาลปีใหม่ หรือในโอกาสอื่นใด (No Gift Policy) เพื่อป้องกันความขัดแย้งทางผลประโยชน์ที่อาจเกิดขึ้น รวมทั้งความ
ไม่เป็นธรรมในการทำธุรกิจการค้า ซึ่งเป็นมาตรฐานในการดำเนินงานตามหลักการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดีและจริยธรรมธุรกิจของกลุ่ม ปตท.สผ.
เนื่องจากเวลานี้กำลังเริ่มเข้าสู่ช่วงเทศกาลปีใหม่ ปตท.สผ. จึงขอเรียนให้ท่านทราบถึงนโยบาย No Gift Policy อีกครั้งหนึ่ง และขอขอบคุณสำหรับความร่วมมือจากทุกท่านในการสนับสนุนให้ ปตท.สผ. ดำเนินตามนโยบายดังกล่าวอย่างเคร่งครัด โดยงดการเสนอ หรือมอบของขวัญ การเลี้ยง หรือประโยชน์อื่นใด ให้กับบุคลากรของกลุ่ม ปตท.สผ.

Dear Vendors,
PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP) would like to inform you that, according to the Good Corporate Governance and Business Ethics of the PTTEP Group (CG&BE), directors, management and employees of the PTTEP Group must refrain from accepting gifts, hospitality or other benefits during the New Year festival or any occasions (No Gift Policy). This policy is meant to avoid any conflict of interest or unfair competition in our business which is our standard under the Good Corporate Governance and Business Ethics.
As the New Year celebration is approaching, PTTEP would like to take this opportunity to remind you of our No Gift Policy, and we appreciate your support in our effort to strictly adhere to this policy by not offering or providing gift, representation, or other benefits to our employees at all levels.
